Website accessibility is the practice of using properly created websites that individuals with disabilities can use just as well as an able-bodied individual. For example, an image or picture is inaccessible to a blind user, since they can't see what content it conveys. It's much more helpful to provide "alternative text", or a textual description of the content the image conveys in the code to help individuals who are blind. There are many other concepts that need to be considered during the development of websites, and our office helps support and provide this information.
